Asking or a review way too soon
After doing a comparison of numerous pet insurance companies I chose many pets and signed up less than a month ago. Now I am being asked to write a review when there hasn’t been sufficient time for my dog to have any heath issues. I am giving a 1 star review because I think it absurd to ask for a review when your client hasn’t had time to experience your service. What people really want to know is did you pay claims and did you do it on time.

I’d give Many Pets zero stars if I…
I’d give Many Pets zero stars if I could. They cancelled my insurance saying I didn’t pay yet my card was on auto draft and perfectly fine. Then they admitted they error occurred in their system. Instead of reinstating my policy at my rate they gave me a new rate of $25 higher per month. Wish I had never left Healthy Paws for this company but found a better insurance company.

I am still waiting on hard copies of my insurance documents for the three puppies, snd no one has contacted me since I joined two weeks ago you are lucky you got what you got if I ran my business like this I would be out of business in other words you need to improve or I will take my business elsewhere!!

Date policy went into effect vs date paid
Our dog had existing coverage and I provided all requested proof/declaration page - we should not have had the waiting period before coverage began. We pd on 1/19 told not active until 2/5. I'll be interested to see when they charge us for following month- hopefully its off the effective date going forward.

Good Customer Service Team Lead Experience
I had an issue with the claim, but the company corrected their mistake. The customer service Team Lead April who called me was really nice and took care of the issue. My suggestion will be to talk to Team Lead if you experience an issue.

Pre-exist doesn't allow me to get…
Pre-exist doesn't allow me to get reimburse: if you have an issue like parasite, while they category it as pre-existing. Be careful about your policy. Do not bring your pet to vet before insurance get effective! Otherwise the parasite issue would be counted as pre-existing! And it needs 18 months to unlock pre-existing! But I bought insurance for the unexpected issue! Why I buy insurance?

Unable to truly rate
Unable to truly rate because I've not used it yet. Was easy to sign up, but I purchased the policy for the "just in case" I may need it later for my fur baby which is getting older. I can handle the usual vaccines and check ups, but bought the policy for anything major.

The Best Insurance for My Dogs
I've been with ManyPets for about a year and couldn't be happier! Excellent coverage for a great price with quick claim reimbursement. I've had no issues getting reimbursed for any claim I make and an always updated on the status. My only ding would be I wish they had a mobile app.

GARBAGE! Don’t get!!
This company would not cover any diagnostic testing or treatment to cover my dog having an injury, they tried to say he had a pre existing condition and he did not, do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.

Had other insurance? New policy will never start immediately
Submitted information from former insurance policy and still waiting for new policy to start days later. They claim 24 hour waiting period if you had insurance before cancelling but that’s exactly my situation and it is still under review. I believe they will just wait the 15 days the all of a sudden “approve”!
